Available Positions and Qualifications
The Sindh Social Protection Authority is seeking to hire an MIS Specialist for its Project Management & Implementation Unit (PMIU) under the project Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System in Sindh. The selected candidate will be expected to provide consultancy services to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of social protection programs in the province.
Key Requirements:
- Position: MIS Specialist
- Qualification:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or a related discipline from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.
- Experience:
- At least six years of experience in software design, development, and deployment for large-scale systems.
- At least four years of experience as a Technical Lead, involved in software development using the latest technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience in software development and an in-depth understanding of MIS systems.

Selection Process
The Sindh Social Protection Authority follows the Open Competitive Selection method, in line with the World Bank’s procurement regulations for IPF Borrowers (September 2023). The selection will consider the qualifications, experience, and overall suitability of candidates for the role.
